I was so heartbroken to hear of Tony Brower leaving this world. He and his wife, Julie were dear, dear friends of ours back in the Nashville Days. Tony was special man. I remember first going down to hear what everyone was calling an amazing bass player at a nasty little dive here in town. Little did we know when we saw him on stage singing and swinging that bass from side to side what a dear friend he would become and how he would make our lives so much more full of joy and happiness. My prayers go out to all, my love to Julie and the girls.
